1. Web Hosting Accounts
30-day money-back guarantee for new accounts
✅ Eligible for 30-Day Refund:
- • All newly registered accounts
- • Upgrades from free to paid accounts
- • Annual web hosting plans (1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 years)
- • 100% refund if dissatisfied within first 30 days
❌ Not Eligible for Refund:
- • Web hosting renewals (after one or more billing cycles)
- • Accounts beyond the initial 30-day period
2. Semi-Dedicated and VPS Hosting
Limited refund window for specialized hosting
⚠️ Special Refund Terms:
- • One-month subscriptions: NOT covered by 30-day guarantee
- • Refunds available only within 5 days after service activation
- • After 5 days: Service cancellation available, but no refund
❌ Non-Refundable:
- • Dedicated IP address purchases for VPS hosting
- • IP addresses are provided "as-is" and cannot be changed
- • New IP address requires separate purchase
3. Domain Names
All domain sales are final
❌ Domain Policy:
- • Domain name sales are final and non-refundable
- • You become the sole owner upon purchase
- • Domains are transferable to another provider
- • Spelling corrections cannot be made after purchase
💡 Important Note:
Please verify domain spelling carefully before purchase. Changes to registered domain names cannot be made once purchased.
4. Free Domain Names
Special terms for domains included in hosting packages

- • Free domains included in hosting packages are non-refundable
- • Domain registration/renewal costs will be deducted from hosting refund
- • Regular domain price will be held before issuing hosting refund
- • You agree to these terms when using 30-day money-back guarantee
5. Domain Privacy Protection
Privacy services are non-refundable
❌ Privacy Protection Policy:
- • Domain privacy protection services are final and non-refundable
- • Services are not transferable to other providers
- • Domain names can be transferred, but privacy protection cannot
6. SSL Certificates and IP Addresses
Special terms for security services
📋 SSL Certificate Policy:
SSL certificates have specific cancellation requirements. Please check our Certificate Services Agreement for up-to-date refund policies for your specific SSL type.
❌ IP Address Policy:
- • IP address purchases for SSL certificates are final
- • Provided "as-is" basis, non-refundable and cannot be changed
- • IP addresses work on shared principle to reduce customer costs
7. Website Builder
Add-on service with limited refund period
⚠️ Website Builder Terms:
- • Independent add-on service from hosting platform
- • Subject to 30-day money-back guarantee upon activation
- • After 30 days, service becomes non-refundable
8. Auto-renewals & Chargebacks
Important billing and dispute policies
🔄 Auto-Renewal Policy:
- • Services renew automatically to prevent interruption
- • Notification required prior to expiration date to prevent renewal
- • Domain and SSL renewals are non-refundable (third-party providers)
❌ Chargeback Policy:
- • Chargebacks are NOT accepted as a refund method
- • Chargeback initiators subject to collections and legal action
- • Additional charges: $20.00 - $50.00 USD for chargeback processing
- • By signing up, customers agree to observe these terms strictly
